Returns

Returns can be made within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. They must not have been worn or washed.

Faulty Goods - Faulty products will be returned for a full refund or exchange to be decided by the customer, any postage will be covered by us. We encourage customers to contact us if they believe their product is faulty, quality is our highest priority.

Change of Mind - For a change of mind returns can be made at our work studio in Prahran, Melbourne by appointment,  or return by post, contact us and we'll email your a return label and instructions.  We will minus the cost of shipping we do everything to reduce that cost.
